I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to move into the spare room in my recently renovated 2-bed, 1-bath flat just off Goldhawk Road. The room is available immediately.

The flat is bright, cosy and full of natural light, with such a lovely calm feel to it. It’s on a super quiet residential road but only a 6-minute walk to Goldhawk Road station, so it’s incredibly convenient while still feeling peaceful.

A little about me – I’m 29 and work in new product development for a skincare company in Notting Hill. I’m in the office four days a week, enjoy keeping the flat clean and tidy, and am very respectful of other people’s space and routines.

I’d love to find someone similar: friendly, considerate and easy-going. It would be lovely to live with someone who’s up for the occasional chat, coffee, dinner or glass of wine, while also being completely happy doing their own thing. I’m really looking for a home with a warm, relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
