Gorgeous room with own bathroom in new-build

Looking for a flatmate to swap my current one from 15 October, ideally.

About the house: 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a new-build block, available the one with bathtub bathroom separated from the room. Really sunny house (helps save on heating), getting sun in the living room all day and in the afternoon in the rooms. Shared living room, gas under-floor heating (regulated at each room), ceiling to floor double-gazed windows, dish-washer, washing machine in a separate cabinet, wooden floors all though out the house, king size bed and fully furnished. Price is £1,200 per person per month, bills not included (depending on the month, past 12 month average is around £200).

Shepherds Bush station (Central Line) and Hammersmith (Picadilly Line) is 15 min walk, Goldhawk Road (Hammersmith & Central Line) is 5 min walk and Ravenscourt Park (District Line) is 10 min walk away.

About me: 33 Spanish girl, working in Hammersmith as Internal Auditor. After work you can find me at the gym, and on the weekends I like to make the most out of my time, which regularly include long walks along the river, brunches in pretty cafes, cocktails in Mayfair and whatever the night brings.

Looking for: young professional, tidy and clean (even though I like to get a cleaner every couple weeks), someone fun and chill. House is fully furnished so not much furniture can be brought. Room does not fit a desk, so ideally someone that does not work from home. Building is very chill and residential, smoking is not allowed (not even from windows, neighbors will complain) as well as parties.
