6 month sublet near Hampstead Heath

Hello!
We’re Magdalene, Leanne, and Tess, all working professionals in our late 20s/early 30s, looking for someone to sublet a cozy room in our flat in Gospel Oak for 6 months! The flat is less than a 10 min walk from Hampstead Heath, has 1.5 bathrooms, a balcony, and a small sitting room area.
Transport wise we are a 2 min walk from bus routes and about 10 mins from Belsize Park or Gospel Oak.

The room itself is small (but cheap)! It has a built in wardrobe and will have a double bed, desk and chest of drawers. There is also an entry way which can be used for extra storage.

We like to keep a friendly and relaxed environment at home, we love our Love Island, movie nights and doing things together. But we also all have busy lives outside of the flat and do our own thing too. Ideally we'd like to find someone similar who works in the office a few days a week.

Our current flatmate Alice is going on sabbatical (to Antarctica!), so we’d be looking for someone who wants to stay from around the very end of September until the start of April. The letting agent and landlord are aware of the sublet so there will be some communication needed with them.
