We’re looking for an individual or a couple to lease the master bedroom in a house we’re moving into on the 15th of August. The current price is set at £1,800.

The house is a 4 bedroom in Gospel Oak/Kentish Town (NW5) that’s just been fully refurbished and it’s looking really good. The room comes with a king bed, mattress, mattress topper, bedside table, chest of drawers, and wardrobe, all brand new. The room is sized 5.00 x 3.66m.

There are 3 of us living there, Kate, Alex and Ezray, all Australian in our late 20s/early 30s. Ezray is an engineer from Melbourne, Alex works in finance from Sydney, and Kate works in film and television.

We’ve all lived together before and get on well, catching up, going to the pub, movie nights, that kind of thing. We’ve each got our own established friends here too, plus a wider group we all know and hang out with, so there’s a good social side to the house with plenty of space to do your own thing as well.
