Double Room in an all girls Camden Flat 🏡✨

Hi! 💕 We’re looking for a lovely new flatmate to join our 5-bed all-girls flat in the Camden/Kentish Town area close to Hampstead Heath, available from 3rd September.

You’ll be living with 4 girls in their early 20s — one of us works in fashion, one in childcare, and two are full time students at CSM. We’re a friendly, sociable household and would love someone who wants to actually feel at home in the flat rather than just stay in their room. We love a chat and spending time together, but everyone also has their own lives and we’re respectful of each other’s space. One of us also has a friendly hypoallergenic Toy Poodle who stays with us most weekends.

🏡 The room:
£1,100 per month, bills not included but range between £40-£50.

📍 Location:
* Around an 8-minute walk to Gospel Oak station
* Around 12–15 minutes to Kentish Town station
* 8 minute walk from Hampstead Heath
* Really well connected with plenty of shops, cafés, pubs and supermarkets nearby

We’re looking for another girl around a similar age who is friendly, clean, considerate and easy-going. Someone who’s happy to contribute to keeping the communal spaces nice and would fit into a relaxed and welcoming household.
