2 rooms for rent in Kentish Town/ Gospel Oak- next to the Heath and Parliament Hill Lido🌿
Hello🌞 me and one of my housemates are moving out (one moving abroad, the other moving in with partner) so we are looking for 2 chilled, tidy and friendly people to take over our rooms and live with our absolutely lovely flatmate Noa! We’re a 2 minute walk from Gospel Oak Station (Mildmay and Sugfeagete line) and 15 minute walk from Kentish Town Station. The smaller room is available from mid December and larger room available from mid January (but can be discussed as needed).
The flat is opposite parliament hill lido and the entrance to the Heath as well as loads of lovely pubs nearby.

ABOUT NOA
They are 25 and work in the civil service (usually wfh 3 days a week). They love powerlifting, camping, hiking, running as well as a cosy night and natter in the pub🌿🍻

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for 2 new housemates who are kind, considerate and respectful to continue the lovely environment of our home 🌈💕 we love the flat and make an effort to keep it tidy and clean so looking for people to continue this vibe. ideally looking for professionals who are settled in London like I am. It’s important for the house to feel like our shared home, where we all chip in for responsibilities, look out for each other and respect each others space. Noa would love for 2 friends to move in but also open to individuals.

Bonus points if you like fish- Noa has 2 fantail goldfish who are quickly building a long list of auntys who can be on hand to help with feeding when needed

ABOUT THE ROOMS
There are 2 rooms available - the smaller one is £960 pcm and Taliah who is in there currently uses the living room to work from home a couple days a week and happy to continue this arrangement or something similar.
The larger is £1020 and plenty of room for a desk but this isn’t included in the space (Daisy is taking hers with her). Beds, wardrobes and chests included.
The flat also has 2 toilets (one with bath/ shower) and a gorgeous balcony overlooking the Heath.
Bills tend to average £135 per month and deposit is £3461.53 between all of us.
