Each room in the house is one person per room.

I have 3 rooms for rent in a house which is a 5 minute walk from Grange Park station, hence great links to central London for working professionals (which is where I work also).

The house has multiple parking spaces, a nice and well maintained garden, a living room, kitchen, conservatory and one main bathroom upstairs as well as one toilet on the ground floor.

2 rooms are good sized double rooms whilst 1 room is a single room.

I am looking for roommates who are looking to stay in the property ideally for 6 months, who are clean and who are not going to make too much noise.

Rent paid will be inclusive of bills and I will pay the council tax so you do not have to worry about that.
