Double room single bed in central Greenwich

I have a double room single bed with a desk in Greenwich available now. This is minutes away from the University, local to all main transport, parking available (may have to pay for permits), the room has enough space to put other furniture big enough to exercise. Everything is on hand here Waitrose, all shops, gyms, by river, Costa, etc, new build, CCTV and Concierge. Open plan kitchen diner living room. Walk-in wet room.

I would like someone that is a little sociable, I like my own space in my living room after work, although I appreciate company if we get on, with a few drinks a chat at the end of a hard week. Someone who will treat my home as theirs? Being clean and respectful of my home IS A MUST. someone who will share the chores as I am a busy person too? :)
