Looking for female tenant. Lovely spacious double room 5 mins walk from Cutty Sark and the heart of Greenwich.

Hello - I’m Catherine. I’m looking for someone to share my flat with my current tenant Katie. I’m currently living in Cornwall as I’ve had a baby, but I don’t plan to return to London until September 2026 at the earliest (very likely to stay in Cornwall permanently).

The flat has a large living room overlooking the river and a separate kitchen. Shared bathroom.

The room contains a large wardrobe, chest of draws and double bed (ottoman with lots of storage).

Living room has a desk which you can use if you WFH, overlooking the river.

The flat has always been a relaxing retreat, so it’s ideal for someone who would like a calm, clean environment (not a party flat).

The area is amazing - so close to Cutty Sark DLR, Greenwich market and Greenwich park.

Fast Hyperoptic broadband. All bills included in the rent. Cleaner every fortnight (no extra cost).

Katie has been wonderful to live with the past few months. She is tidy, clean and considerate.

Hi, I’m Katie, 25, and I work as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner with the NHS. I usually work 2–3 days a week from home (9–5).

I’m from South Korea. I spent my teenage years in the UK, worked in Korea for a few years and came back to the UK this year!

I’m easygoing, calm, and enjoy a good balance between being social and respecting personal space. I’d be happy to hang out over dinner or TV sometimes, but I also respect personal space!

In my free time, I train in jiujitsu most evenings, and I also enjoy cooking, knitting, and relaxing with a good series. I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, considerate, and appreciates a peaceful home environment.
