We have a gorgeous 2 bed house with garden just a short walk from Maze Hill station for a 10 min train to London Bridge/Canon Street. We have a choice of shops, pubs and supermarkets within a 5 min walk from the house as well as Greenwich park being 5-10 minute walk away which is great for summer picnics or runs.

You’ll be sharing with a female flatmate, who is 26 and works hybrid in London Bridge for a charity in fundraising marketing.

Rent is £925 with bills topping it to around £1100 a month. Must be a working professional and Ideally we need someone on £30k< salary due to the contract.
