We have a lovely large double room in the heart of Greenwich right next to the Cutty Sark boat, DLR station, and river! Ideal move-in date is 10th September.

Please note that we aim to put the flat on sale and there may be some viewings related to this during the autumn.

FLAT
The flat consists of 4 double bedrooms, an open plan kitchen lounge, a large bathroom (incl. washer dryer), a second bathroom (with bath) and a second toilet. Thanks to this, there is never any waiting for the bathroom or toilet in the morning! :)

While it is ex-Local authority on the outside, it's really nice and modern on the inside!

FLATMATES
All flatmates are very sociable and get on really well. We often hang out in the kitchen/lounge area in the evenings but also respect that everyone has their own busy social lives as well.

YOU
Open to either a guy or girl, and good humour preferred as well as the usual tidy/clean/respectful ask! Looking for longer-term tenants. No couples unfortunately, sorry.

The flat is right in the heart of Greenwich town centre, and just:
- 1 min from Cutty Sark DLR and the historic Cutty Sark boat
- 1 min from the riverfront (with a beautiful Canary Wharf skyline)
- 1 min from a brand new gym (The Gym Group)
- 5 mins from Greenwich Park (awesome for runs / picnics!)
- 5 mins from The Greenwich Picture House (cinema)

SUPERMARKETS
Within a 5-min walk, we have a small M&S, small Tesco, a huge Waitrose, and a small Sainsburys. Tescos and Sainsburys are open till 11pm.

COMMUTE
- 10 mins to Canary Wharf
- 20 mins to London Bridge
- 30-35 mins to Bond Street

RENT
Rent is £950 (inc. bills) and covers:
- Council Tax, Water, Gas, Electricity
- High speed wi-fi
- Weekly clean (general areas, not bedrooms)

Bathroom/kitchen/cleaning items are purchased ad hoc by all flatmates.
