The room

Searching for a weekday lodger for a large ensuite room on the 2nd floor of the house I share with my partner. It's available now and all bills are included in the rent.

You will have the entire top floor and the 20sqm space comes with:
- Double bed with Emma mattress
- Natural wood floors
- Ensuite shower room
- In built hanging space
- Shelving and storage space
- Air conditioning and air purifying unit (a MUST in summer)

Fabulous location:
- 4 minute walk to Maze Hill station (12 minute train to London Bridge)
- 4 minute walk to Greenwich Park
- 6 minute walk to the River Thames
- 13 minute walk to the Cutty Sark DLR
- 15 minute bus to North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line)

We are open to many different requirements - we are happy to install a small kitchenette (though you will still have access to the kitchen) and supply bedding if this is what you'd like. We are open to people who would like to stay for 2/3 nights instead of 4 and will adjust the rent acordingly.

The room and ensuite will be cleaned once a month.
