The flat is a 2 minute walk from Greenwich Park and right next to Maze Hill train station (there is a train station exit just for this development), and only 15 minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR station:

- 2 minute walk to Greenwich Park
- 1 minute to Greenwich station by train
- 15 minutes walk to Cutty Sark DLR station
- 12 minutes to London Bridge station
- 14 minutes to Cannon Street station

This modern flat is fully furnished, 560 sqft, west facing, has a balcony with beautiful view of the City and Canary Wharf.
