The double room with bathroom is on the 9th floor. The flat has a huge balcony with a view to Canary Wharf.
The room is of medium size, with super king size comfy bed, a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
There is an open plan kitchen with living room and a huge balcony from the living room and the master bedroom.
It is a development on the Lower Riverside and North Greenwich tube station is 10-12 mins walk away. It is right next to the river.

There is a concierge 12 hours a day who can collect your parcels if you are not around. There is also a gym for residents.

You find these things in the area (short walk): O2 arena with loads of restaurants, pubs, cafes and cinema, weekend market, yacht club, golf range, Emirates cable car, IKEA, B&Q, Charlston Shopping Centre

You will be sharing with one professional who travels quite a bit and who is very clean and tidy.

The room is available from mid September.
