Hello! My flatmate is moving out of our beautiful house in Greenwich, and I'm looking for a new housemate to move into a spacious, airy and bright double room.
Location: 7 mins from westcombe park where you can get to central very quickly. Short bus ride from north Greenwich station for the jubilee. 15 minute walk to Greenwich park and the river.
About the house: lovely victorian terraced house on a quiet residential street. Separate living room, and kitchen with 2 fridges, dishwaher and all other necessary appliances. Office for wfh (I only wfh one day per week). One bathroom upstairs and one toilet downstairs. Beautiful, private and peaceful garden with lovely furniture, and plenty of workout space.
Rent: The rent is £1100pcm. Bills are around £225pcm, including council tax, utilities and fast WiFi.
About me: management consultant, chilled and enjoy comedy, football, a good book and a nice glass of wine.
