Subletting Ensuite Double Bed

Hiya all, I'm putting my room up for a short let until first week of May.

The flat is a 2 bedroom ensuites with communal open kitchen/living area. The building has its own separate residential communal kitchen and sitting area, which consist of work from home space, coffee shop, gym and cinema area.

The property sites between 2 dlr and thameslink Station, with bus stops close by. Getting into the city is roughly 30 minutes by dlr or train, Canary Wharf about 10 minutes by dlr, there is a bus to Canada Water where there is the overground.

The main area of shopping is 5 minutes walk. Everything you need is walking distance.

Currently there are 2 people in the flat, the guy in the 1st bedroom, and the owner (myself) of the 2nd bedroom. I am subletting my room for a short period of time as, it may help with anyone new to London, or someone thats currently between homes. I understand the struggle of finding a new home.
