Modern 2-bed flatshare with a fully furnished double room available in the heart of Greenwich, literally less than a minute from Greenwich DLR station and a short walk to the river, Cutty Sark, Greenwich park and the market.

About the Flatshare:

You’ll be sharing with Mark, works in film, sociable, tidy, and friendly. Like a relaxed, clean home but also enjoy the odd pint or gig now and again, cooking, wine bars, gym, exploring all the cool things London has to offer, and the occasional night out or festival. It’s great if the new flatmate has their own thing going on but also is up for a chat and nice vibes in the house.

Looking for someone friendly, respectful, and easy-going who’s happy to treat the place like home. Long-term preferred, but will consider shorter lets (minimum a few months).

Fully furnished with plenty of storage

You’ll mostly have the modern, renovated bathroom to yourself as the other is en-suite

4th floor (with lift) in a modern, secure building

Large balcony with outdoor seating and dining table. Great for sunny days or evening drinks
