Two double rooms available in 3 bed flat by river

I’m looking for two new flatmates to fill two double bedrooms in a three-bed, two bathroom flat in Greenwich as my current flatmates are moving out in mid-July. I’m a 34yo female so ideally looking for females from mid/late 20s-mid/late 30s.

Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom - large with lots of wardrobe space. Unfurnished aside from wardrobes, but current tenant is willing to discuss price to leave nightstand, shelf unit and desk if wanted. Rent is £1250 pcm

Bedroom 2 is also a double room, unfurnished except for a small wardrobe. Current tenant also has use of a larger wardrobe in the hallway and is willing to sell this if wanted. Rent is £960

The two available bedrooms share a bathroom with a large walk in shower. Rent does not include bills (wifi, council tax, water, electricity & heating/hot water) which are split between the three of us. Deposit is 1230 each.

Flat is modern with wooden floors throughout, first floor with raised balcony (however this is currently not able to be used due to scaffolding from cladding works estimated to be completed summer 2027). Large open-plan living room/ kitchen with a dishwasher and utility cupboard with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The building has a 24-hour concierge and a gym with a pool (one-off fee of approx £50 for one years membership).

Location - right by river Thames, under 30 min walk or short bus ride to o2/ North Greenwich station, approx 10 min walk to Maze Hill station and approx 20 min walk to Greenwich cutty sark area/Greenwich park. There is a cafe, co-op and Sainsbury’s right next to the building, with more cafes/shops/nail salons etc along trafalgar road which is a 5 minute walk away and Charlton shopping area under a 30 min walk/ short bus ride away.

I currently work and am also finishing a masters degree. I’m super clean and tidy so would like to live with people who are happy to help with keeping shared areas clean. Respectful of personal space but also like to be friendly/sociable with people I live with.
