My favourite part of this room is the three large windows. It catches so much natural light and feels incredibly airy. Being on the third floor, the view is stunning—I often enjoy watching the neighborhood wildlife, including parrots, fox families, and cats. It has truly been a peaceful sanctuary.

Convenience & Location:
• Commute: You can reach Central London in just 25 minutes. It’s only an 8-minute walk to New Cross or Deptford station, and there is a direct bus to central London that runs right in front of the house, making your daily commute incredibly easy.

Living Experience:
You will be sharing the bathroom with just one clean and kind female flatmate. All the flatmates here are very respectful, clean, and friendly. We have a cozy living room to relax in, and a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals.

• Garden: There is a lovely garden—perfect for enjoying a morning coffee.
