Room avaibale in Greenwich with a riverside view

Hi! I’m Elitsa, 25, an actress, and I am looking for a lovely, clean, and fun housemate to move in with me from 17th August onwards.

I am a friendly and reliable person, and, though I am very outgoing, I can be really introverted while at home. I enjoy cooking, though I don't do it as often as I wish. At the moment I work as a waitress. I enjoy going to the theatre or to a rave with friends, but I also love recharging by watching obsessive amounts of youtube videos. I also enjoy yoga, sunbathing, journaling, margaritas, and long walks along the river. I listen to music almost all the time - anything from Europop and DnB to ‘Dad Rock’ and musical theatre.

I am looking for a female flatmate in her twenties who is clean, tidy, kind, responsible, and positive who is willing to stay for at least a year. I’d like to live with someone with a similar vibe to mine, who I can be friends with. This is not a party house, though friends are always welcome to hang out as long as they are respectful. My landlady specifically requires someone who will be responsible, on time with the monthly rent, and who will pass the standard rental background check.

The flat is amazing! I’ve lived here for 2 years now. The council tax band is A. The flat is on the 3rd floor, and there are two elevators in the building. The DLR is literally next door, there is every store imaginable within a 5-10 min walk, and there is a riverside view from every window. There is lots of sunlight and a big shared living room. The toilet and the shower are separate, and the kitchen is gas powered. The available room (the pink one on the photos) comes with double glazed windows, wooden shutters, a double bed, a bedside table, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The neighbourhood is one of the prettiest in London, and the proximity to both the river and Greenwich park is like nowhere else. I hope to find someone who will love this place just as much as I do!
