Due to a last-minute drop out, we are looking for a third person to join us in taking this tenancy. You’ll be joining two queer housemates (more info below) and we’re looking to move in ASAP - ideally first or second week of July!

Rent + bills: £733.00pm, bills appx £100 on top (still to finalise).

Tenancy: Rolling tenancy as under new Renter’s Rights Act, 2 months' notice needed.

Benefits + references etc: Benefits accepted as per new Renter’s Rights Act, the agency requires personal references, a previous landlord reference, proof of income and a credit report. The minimum income required for the tenancy is £22,000pa, if you earn less a guarantor is required.

Access info: The flat is top floor, up three flights of stairs and has no lift access. Each room is on the same level in the flat, no inside steps. There is a small balcony outside the living room. Neurodivergent-friendly household!

Description: Fully-furnished, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Good-sized kitchen and lots of living space. Suitable for single people only, no couples I’m sorry. Lots of storage within the flat and there is room for bikes outside. The landlord is open to removing any furniture we don’t wish to keep. The flat is in a quiet estate between North Greenwich and Maze Hill stations, Maze Hill (Thameslink) is 9 mins walk away and North Greenwich (Jubilee) is about 18 mins away. Plenty of bus connections in the area, there is a retail complex nearby and IKEA is a ten-minute walk.

About us:

Jevan (26, he/him) - cabin crew at Gatwick for British Airways, big reader and fantasy nerd, spends spare time at circus and pole dance classes.

Jose (31, he/him) - medical translator and freelancer, also a big fantasy fan (we met playing D&D), zips around getting as many dance classes in a week as possible!

We’re looking for an individual who’s up for making a quiet, friendly household. We’re social guys but this isn’t a party house (we do love dinner parties however!!) and while your own time is your business - please no weed or other substances in the house.
