A spacious double room is available for summer short-term rent in my own riverside flat in beautiful Greenwich, one of London’s most popular and historic areas. The flat has stunning river views and looks directly across towards Canary Wharf and the Isle of Dogs.

The room is available from late June to the end of August. Flexible rental options are possible, including daily stays or a full two-month summer let.

### The Location

The flat is in an excellent location with everything you need within a few minutes’ walk. Within 5 minutes, you will find Waitrose, Chinese supermarkets, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Costa Coffee, and lovely riverside pubs.

Greenwich is also full of culture and history. Within around 15 minutes’ walk, you can reach Greenwich Park, the Royal Observatory, Greenwich Market, and Greenwich town centre. Cutty Sark, the National Maritime Museum, the Queen’s House, and other major attractions are all within about 5 minutes.

The O2 is easily accessible by direct bus from downstairs.

### The Room

The available room is a large double room, bigger than a typical London second bedroom and almost the size of many master bedrooms.

### The Flat

This was my own home till this summer, so it is well maintained, comfortable, and fully equipped with all household appliances. The flat is a 2-bedroom property with 1 bathroom, which is shared by two people.

As the flat has one bathroom rather than two, the bedrooms are larger than many standard London 2-bedroom flats. This room would suit someone who prefers a spacious and comfortable bedroom rather than a smaller room with an en-suite.
