A spacious double room with a king-size bed is available in a modern two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Greenwich. The room comes fully furnished with everything shown in the photos, including a wardrobe, chest of drawers, a small desk with chair, and plenty of additional storage space under the bed.

Although the room is not ensuite, you’ll have your own private bathroom as I use the other one. You’ll only be sharing the flat with me, making it a quiet and spacious home rather than a busy house share.

The apartment is approximately 75 m² and features a bright living room, private balcony, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The flat has everything needed for comfortable day to day living, including a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, hoover, and all the essential household equipment. The building benefits from a 24/7 concierge and there’s a PureGym located within the development.

You’ll also be very welcome to use everything in the flat, from the coffee machine, juicer and kitchenware to the 65” OLED TV and PS5 in the living room. There is also a desk and monitor in the living room which you’re welcome to use when I’m not working from home.

Location

The apartment is literally a 1 minute walk from both Greenwich DLR and Greenwich station, offering excellent transport links across London including 11 minutes to Canary Wharf, 20 minutes to Bank, 8 minutes to London Bridge etc.

The local area has everything you need within walking distance. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars just a couple of minutes away, along with Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op, and large Waitrose. You’ll also find local convenience stores within a couple of minutes walk selling fresh fruit, vegetables and everyday essentials. There’s also a fantastic local pub with bowling lanes, a spacious outdoor seating area and a large projector screening live football matches.

Greenwich town centre and the Greenwich Park are around a 10 minute walk away with even more restaurants, cafés and pubs to enjoy.

I’m a 26 year old professional working in banking in Canary Wharf. I work a hybrid schedule, usually going into the office two to three times a week. Outside work I enjoy hiking, football (both playing and watching) and travelling. I like to keep the flat clean, tidy and relaxed and I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate and treats the place like home.
