He loves to go out and explore the city (art galleries, food, cinema, stand-up comedy, etc) and has a lot of tips about the neighbourhood if you need them. He is friendly, clean, respectful of shared spaces, and doesn’t smoke.

The ideal flatmate is someone 30+, responsible and clean, who has their own thing going on, but also happy to have a chat/share a meal/watch a movie at home every once in a while. Obviously it’s cool if you want to have friends/your partner over, but we would prefer someone who sees the flat as a relaxed space to unwind/catch up, so ideally without a constant stream of guests coming in and out or staying over late."
