I'm moving out of a beautiful 3 bedroom duplex located just a 5 minute walk from Greenwich town centre and my 2 lovely roommates need someone to take over my share of the tenancy.

The duplex feels more like a house. It's split-level with a gorgeous sitting room/kitchen/dining area; a downstairs and upstairs bathroom; and 3 bedrooms. You would be taking over the middle bedroom with a double bed, large wardrobe and a stunning view of the courtyard outside. You would also share the bathroom with one other roommate.

In terms of location, we are less than a 5 minute walk to Greenwich Town Centre and less than 10 minutes to Deptford High Street. We're on major bus routes such as the 188 and 199 and are less than a 5 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR and a 5-7 minute walk to Greenwich Station which gets you to London Bridge in under 15 minutes!

In terms of logistics, rent is £950 and the security deposit is also £950. Bill can average between £90 and £120 per month and they include water, electricity, heat/gas, council tax, and WiFi.

The suggested move-in date is 15th August (subject to referencing).
