Bedroom in Modern Flat in Greenwich

This huge and lovely flat is modern and new and it has its own private garden which is lovely.
The position is the plus of this house: located in front of Greenwich DLR on the main Greenwich south street.
It means : 8 mins walking from the University and, all shops, pharmacies and other services are available as soon as you step outside the flat.

The house is divided into two floors: on the ground floor a fully equipped, modern kitchen with open space on the bright living room facing the garden.
Downstair a bathroom, plenty of space and 2 double bedrooms, one it's mine and the second is for renting.

Currently the room contains a double bed for a single person ( but it can be replaced with a bigger if needed), a desk and a mirror, and a lower table. More furniture can be added if needed, such as a wardrobe. The room has no window.

The only space you will share with me will be bathroom, kitchen and garden .

The house has washing machine and dryer and, heating are always on : ALL bils are included in the rent.

I am looking to rent this second bedroom to a girl who is as clean and as quiet as me.
A little bit about me: I am Italian , 25, student at Greenwich studying Computer science, I do not eat meat, I do smoke in my room sometimes and I am very picky about cleaning and tidiness.
