Looking for a female flatmate / buddy-up 🏡🐈

I’m looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female flatmate, ideally aged 25–30, to apply for this gorgeous two-bedroom flat together for a mid-August move-in. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

The total rent for both rooms is £2900 excluding bills. I’m looking for someone who is also able to pass the relevant checks and contribute their share of the deposit and moving costs.

I work from home full-time as a data analyst from 3PM to midnight on the weekday. I also teach fitness classes part-time during the day, so I won’t be at home all day every day.

I’ll be living with my indoor cat, Quinz, so being genuinely comfortable with cats is essential. She is calm and much loved, and I’m looking for a home where she will be welcomed rather than simply tolerated.

I’d love to live with someone who is:
Female and ideally between 25 and 30
Clean, respectful and communicative
Financially responsible and able to pass referencing
Comfortable living with an indoor cat
Respectful of work-from-home hours
Friendly and open to occasionally chatting or spending time together, while also valuing privacy and independence
Interested in creating a calm, comfortable and well-maintained home
