We're a couple looking for a female flatmate to join us in our cozy flat. No smokers, no students, please.

The room is available from October 8th onwards. It's a relaxed, friendly home with a nice terrace, a big bathroom, and a shared living/kitchen area. We're super close to Maze Hill station, with a bus stop right outside, and Iceland and Coop are less than a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of gyms nearby and a community centre with a pool.

Also a plus in this heat: we have aircon! It also works as a heater for winter time.

We're open to pets (dogs or cats) depending on size and temperament; just let us know about your furry friend.
