Hi! I've found a lovely riverside 2b2b flat in Greenwich, and I'm looking for a flatmate — move-in from 3 September, long-term let.

The flat: Floor-to-ceiling windows with a river view, fully soundproofed when closed. Gym, garden, and riverside walking/jogging path downstairs. Brand new building, responsive landlord who sorts repairs quickly.

Location: Quiet but convenient — Sainsbury's, Co-op, modern bar, great bakery and coffee shops nearby. Riverside walk to Cutty Sark, Greenwich Park, and O2 (all walkable). ~17 min walk to Cutty Sark DLR (direct to Bank and Canary Wharf).

Costs: £3,000/month total incl. bills (£1,500 pp). Monthly rent, 5 weeks' deposit. Work reference required, landlord reference a plus.

About me: Woman, 30, working in Canary Wharf. Tidy and easy to live with. Interest: Archery, sketching, Art.

Looking for a flatmate who:
Keeps shared spaces clean, communicates easily and respects boundaries, is mindful of noise/schedules, ideally earns £40k+ (helps with referencing), gives notice before having guests (overnight max once/week), and generally has things together.
