A lovely furnished double room available in a charming two-bedroom period terrace house in the heart of Greenwich.

The house is fully furnished and has shared living room, well-equipped kitchen, one shared bathroom and a private back garden, so it feels much more like a home than a typical London house share. As it is only a two-bedroom house, you would only be sharing with me.

The location is one of the best things about the house. Greenwich Park is quite literally on the doorstep, with Greenwich town centre, its pubs, restaurants, cafés and market all within easy walking distance. Greenwich Station (National Rail & DLR) and Cutty Sark DLR are also nearby, giving excellent connections to London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Central London.

All bills are included, including gas, electricity, water, broadband and council tax.

A little about me: I’m 27, gay, friendly and sociable, with a background in real estate and business development. I enjoy going out, keeping active, travelling and seeing friends, but I also really value having my own space and downtime.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate, clean and tidy and, importantly, fairly independent with their own life and routine. It would be great to live with someone I can have a chat or occasional drink or dinner with, while equally being comfortable doing our own thing. I’m keen for the house to remain relaxed, welcoming and somewhere we both genuinely enjoy coming home to.

Ideally looking for a professional, although a mature or postgraduate student would also be considered.

I’m open to either a full-time (7-day) lodger or a Monday–Friday professional commuter for the right person.
