Double room available in a 3 bed terraced house in Greenwich, London; me (Harriet) and my housemate Aimée are looking for someone to replace our housemate who's moving in early October.

Rent is £737, plus bills currently totalling approx £867 pcm all together (the property is council tax band D). The room is available from the 11th of October.

The house is a 2 minute walk from Maze Hill National Rail Station, a 10 minute bus ride to North Greenwich Underground and a 15 minute walk to Greenwich town centre. There is a Tesco Express 5 minute walk away, and we are a short walk from Greenwich Park.

A little bit about us:

“I’m Harriet, I’ve lived in the house for nearly 7 years now, and I work at a university teaching on a film course. I’m obviously very interested in film, but my interests also include photography, art and other crafts.”

We're looking for someone who's easy going, tidy and likes to be sociable.

We have a spacious living room which we have separated into a lounge area and space for WFH. A kitchen with appliances including electric oven and hob, combi oven microwave, fridges and freezer and a washer dryer.

There is a downstairs bathroom, with bath and shower, a pleasant good sized garden, and the landlord is in the process of installing double glazing. (Photos are from the previous ad and will be updated soon!)

The bedroom is unfurnished, but all communal areas have existing furniture which we have sourced ourselves.

We'd prefer to do viewings in-person, but also happy to do zoom viewings, if that's not possible.

The landlord requires new tenants to pass reference checks.
