Looking to rent my spare room to a female.

I work as a project manager for a retailer. Have also spent most of my London life home sharing so very familiar with this, and my recent lodger just moved out after 18 months.

Ideal housemate would be friendly, chilled & tidy. I have my things going on through the week but would be great to get on with who I live with too

💸 Rent - £800pm including all bills (council tax, tv, broadband, water, electricity, gas)

🗓️ Contract length - ideally 6 months minimum but this is flexible, open for discussion

- Double bed with storage underneath

- Space for a desk (but not included)

- 2 bedroom house with driveway
- Cozy lounge with dining table & tv
- Large kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, breakfast bar & the usuals
- Outside terrace & garden
- Shared bathroom with bath & shower
- Other storage areas across the house

🗺️ The area:
- Quiet & peaceful area between villages of Kidbrooke, Blackheath, Charlton & Greenwich
- 2m walk to bus stops which cross between Greenwich and Woolwich
- 5/10m walk to bus stop which takes you to North Greenwich tube in 15m (this station is on the jubilee line which runs 24hrs on Fri & Sat)
- 15m walk to Kidbrooke which has a train line into London Bridge, gym, shops etc
- 20m walk to Blackheath with lots of options
- 30m walk to Greenwich park
