Double Room sublet available in Greenwich

My housemate recently moved out and I have taken over the tenancy and I’m looking to sublet the smaller bedroom.

I’m very easy going and looking for a someone who will mesh well with my personality. I like the place to stay clean but it doesn’t have to be spotless at all times - just a be a decent housemate who clears up after themselves!

About me:

I work as a sommelier and manage a wine bar in central London so if you like wine, there’s usually something tasty around the house! I work as mixture of days and evenings, always on site. Spare time, you’ll usually find me at the pub/the latest wine bar or restaurant, listening to music, watching tv, cooking up a little storm!

About thẻ property:

It’s quite an old flat but the landlord is perfectly hands on, hands off. Hands on in the sense that if something needs fixing or replacing, she’ll do it almost immediately and hands off in thát other than that, you’ll never hear from her and you’re free to decorate/furnish how you want.

The floor has quite a bit of marks on it so Ive got a few rugs to make the place a little cosier. As you’ll see from the pictures, the flat is a little bare as Im in the process of decorating/refurnishing and putting some real love into the place. Anybody with things to bring/an eye for decorating is welcome but I’m undertaking this regardless.

Thát also includes the garden, it’s a little overgrown and wild but has some great bones and myself and a gardener friend will be getting stuck in before winter!

Bills are inclusive of Rent, Council Tax, Wifi, Energy.

Water is an extra £100 every 3 months.

About future flatmate:

I just want someone chill, social and respectful. The flat will be your home too so I want someone who will treat it with pride. I don’t mind someone who works from home but wouldn’t want someone who needs the front room to be quiet as a result as my days off can be during the week.

I’m flexible on move in date but has to be before November 1st at the latest.
