The room is a spacious double with a desk/workspace, plenty of storage and great views across London. You'll also have your own private en-suite bathroom, recently refurbished to a high standard with a large walk-in shower. I have my own separate bathroom, so the en-suite is entirely yours.

The flat has a bright and spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, kettle, toaster and rice cooker, so you should have pretty much everything you need from day one.

The living area has a 65-inch TV with a home-theatre setup, and the flat also has a balcony with panoramic views across London.

Transport is very convenient: Maze Hill station is about a 1-minute walk away, while Cutty Sark DLR is around 15 minutes on foot. Greenwich and Greenwich Park are also within easy walking distance.

Rent: £1,200 pcm + bills. Council tax(Band C) and utilities are shared between us.

You'd be sharing only with me, so this is a 2-person household rather than a larger flatshare. I work in finance in London and am friendly and pretty easy-going at home.

The main thing I'm looking for is someone who is clean and tidy and will keep the shared kitchen/living areas that way. Beyond that, I'm quite relaxed and want whoever moves in to feel at home here.
