The flat has an open plan kitchen and living area and a balcony. Both bedrooms are doubles with their own bathrooms, so you get proper privacy rather than sharing facilities.

It's a quiet riverside spot on the Thames path, between Greenwich town centre and the Peninsula. Maze Hill and Westcombe Park are the closest overground stations for Southeastern trains into London Bridge and Cannon Street, and North Greenwich on the Jubilee line is a short bus ride or walk along the river. Greenwich town centre, the market, the park and Cutty Sark DLR are all within easy reach, and the Thames path runs right outside — good for running or cycling into town.

About me: I'm 28, work in events sales in Victoria, hybrid so I'm home a couple of days a week though I keep to myself when I'm working. Outside work I'm into cycling, football and training — usually out most evenings and weekends. Tidy, easy going, happy to share a beer and a chat or leave you to it depending on the day.

On the tenancy: it's a rolling agreement through Foxtons with no fixed end date, two months' notice either way, so you're not locked into a long term commitment. I'm planning to stay put for the foreseeable. The incoming person needs to pass referencing (employment, income and Right to Rent checks) and be added to the agreement — straightforward if you're working with a clean rental history, but good to know before getting in touch.
