I am moving out of this lovely 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Greenwich, and I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. My moving out date is flexible so please reach out and we can discuss it.

The flat is being managed by Hamptons Estate, the agency which is always very responsive and super helpful.

About the current flatmate: I am a female veterinary professional in my thirties. When I'm not working I like relaxing at home, reading and watching Netflix. I enjoy a calm and peaceful shared living room. I'm always happy to have a chat but also enjoy time to myself. I enjoy watching movies, visiting cafes, long walks, reading and hot chocolate!

I'm a bit of an introvert and prefer that the flat is not used as a social gathering space.
I don’t smoke and prefer someone who is caring and considerate of personal space and is clean and tidy. If you are looking for a peaceful, homely vibe this might be for you!
