Your Own Room & Bathroom in Greenwich

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The move-in date is 31 October, but I’m flexible if moving in slightly earlier works better for you. It’s a good-sized double room with its own private bathroom and built-in wardrobe. The room is technically unfurnished, but I currently have my furniture in there and I’m happy to discuss leaving some/all of it behind if that would make things easier (I’m definitely not going to be a tough haggler 😂).
Rent is £1,200 per month + around £120 in bills.

You’d be sharing the flat with Nina and James, a couple, who live in the other bedroom. There are two bedrooms in the flat, plus a smaller third room which we use as a little library/reading room. The living room and kitchen are shared, and it’s a pretty relaxed home; everyone has their own space and routine, but we’re friendly and have a chat when we’re around.

The flat is in Greenwich, within walking distance of Greenwich Station and the DLR, with Greenwich Market, Greenwich Park and plenty of cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. I’ve really enjoyed living here, but I’m moving on, so I’m looking for someone who would be a good fit for the flat.
