I'm looking for a clean, easygoing flatmate to share my 2-bed, 1-bath flat in Greenwich. The available double room is spacious and super bright thanks to large ceiling windows. The flat features a modern kitchen and bathroom. Please keep in mind there is no separate living room.

I’m Mabel, a 26 year old tech professional and the live-in landlord here. I mostly work from home, enjoy yoga, running, baking, and travelling on weekends, and I'm hoping to find someone respectful who wants a calm, quiet place to call home. Please note that I have a strict no-guests policy. The flat is on the 2nd floor (no elevator/lift) inside a quiet, private gated complex with secure bike storage.

The location is brilliant: just a 4-minute walk to Maze Hill station, and about 20 minutes on foot to Cutty Sark DLR or North Greenwich station. Co-op and Iceland are right downstairs, Tesco is 4 minutes away, and a luxury gym with a pool is just 3 minutes down the road. Move-in date is flexible; I am also open to short-term lets. Council tax is band D.
