Cosy room in spacious flat

Room
This is a small, but cosy room. We are including pictures of how the current and the last flatmate put the furniture. Some of the small furniture can go into the living room, if you don't want it. The room is officially unfurnished, but since current flatmate is leaving the country, she will leave her furniture. The bed is a small double.

Flat
This is a 3-bedroom flat with a very generous common area. The living room and kitchen are spacious. The kitchen has most amenities that you could think of. The living room has a big sofa and a dinning room table and there is a lovely south facing balcony.
There are 3 bathrooms – a full one with bathtub/shower, sink and loo, an extra loo and an extra shower (yes, it is a room with just a shower). This means using the loo if others are taking a shower is not an issue.
We are on the first floor of a purpose built flat, with there being a flat above and below us. Neighbours are a mixture of owners and renters, there are some other shared flats, and families with and without kids.

Flatmates
The current combination of people in the flat is fairly new. We are all independent. The flat has enough space to be a home for everyone. The current flatmate is leaving because of their visa ending.

You
We would like a friendly person, who has their own life, but would like to be social from time to time. We are all left leaning and would want someone queer friendly and open minded.
Since the room is not the biggest, this might not be the right fit for someone who works a lot from home (but of course, we are not telling anyone what to do).

Money Facts
Rent is £600 (paid directly to the landlord)
Bills are currently up to £150 (including some household items we buy together) – this already includes all the bills that went up this April – this includes council tax (band D), water, electricity, WiFi
We got a private landlord, who is easy to reach and especially if there are big issues has fixed things fast in the past. All individual names are on the lease, prices per room are set by the landlord. Deposit is 5 weeks rent, to be confirmed by the landlord.
If you needed parking, the landlord could get a permit (not sure about the cost for that)
The room is available from November 1st (maybe a couple of days earlier could be arranged)

Area
We are in a quiet area in a wonderful triangle between Lewisham, Blackheath and Greenwich. All three centres are about a 20-minutes’ walk away and you can choose between posh (Blackheath), touristy (Greenwich) and practical (Lewisham). Right outside the flat there is a lot of green with Blackheath and you can reach Greenwich Park in less than 10 minutes walk. This is great for anyone that loves a walk or run.
Fun fact – if you are a Bridgerton fan, the Ranger’s house (filming location of the Bridgerton home) can be seen from the entrance of the property – so they are basically our neighbours.

12 min walk – Lewisham station (DLR to Canary Wharf, Bank and Straford; trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charring Cross and Victoria station)
20 min walk – Greenwich station (additionally Thameslink trains to Blackfriars, Farrington and St. Pancras/Kings Cross)
1 min walk to bus stop (in case you don’t want to walk from Lewisham station)
5 min walk to bus stop (New Cross, Greenwich, Woolwich)
