I am leaving London for work and looking for someone to take over my contract. The room is a furnished en-suite in a 3-bed morden flat with elevator in Greenwich (SE10).
You would be sharing with 2 clean and tidy female professionals (non-smoking, no pets). The flat has a living room, washing machine, dishwasher, and gym access, and is just a 3-min walk to Sainsbury's Local and 5 mins to the nearest bus stop.
Rent is £1350 pcm + £150 pcm bills. I am planning to leave in early November, though the move-in date is completely flexible and I can move out earlier if needed.
