Room With own Bathroom in a Flat

Hi

I am looking to replace myself in a 2 bed flat located in Greenwich, right next to the station.

The current flatmate is a professional 26F, who works 9-5 on weekdays but is very outgoing and social on weekends so a good balance altogether. Her interests include badminton, gymming and watching movies. She originally hails from India. We are looking for someone like minded and easy to blend with, in a similar (nearby) age category.

Ideal preferences on a replacement tenant is someone who is

1) Ready to start the tenancy between 3rd to 10th November
2) We prefer Female (25 to 30) since this is an all female flat
3) Preferably someone who hails from India
4) Someone employed professionally to clear income checks in accordance to the flat.

The breakdown on rent is as follows

Deposit - £1154
Rent -£950
Bills (incl water, elec, wifi and council tax) -£200 approx

The room comes with your own bathroom, living room, common kitchen and balcony . The flat is situated on the 7th floor.
