I'm looking for a friendly, considerate female lodger to share my home with me and my fun-loving nearly 7-year-old daughter in a fantastic location right next to Greenwich station.

🛏️ The room

- Large bedroom with a comfortable double bed
- £650 per month, including all bills
- Shared kitchen and bathroom
- My bedroom doubles as a living room during the day, so the shared space is available then. At night, I use it as my bedroom.

- Right next to Greenwich station, with trains to London Bridge in around 10 minutes
- 10-minute walk to Greenwich Park
- Around 10 minutes walk to Deptford
- Close to the University of Greenwich
- Aldi, Waitrose and plenty of local shops and amenities nearby

🌼 A little about us

We're generally clean and tidy, and I'm looking for someone considerate who would enjoy sharing a home with a child. My daughter is a cheerful, lively 7-year-old who loves singing, so expect a bit of music around the house!

💃 Important: babysitting arrangement

The £650 monthly rent includes two evenings of babysitting per week, with the specific days and timings to be discussed and agreed together.

The arrangement is straightforward: I enjoy going out dancing, so I'm looking for someone who can stay at home while my daughter is asleep.

The expectations are:

- You must be at home and available for the agreed evenings.
- My daughter will be asleep when I go out, so no evening routine, cooking or other planned childcare tasks are required.
- We would agree the evenings in advance and discuss any changes together.

This is a regular part of the accommodation arrangement, rather than occasional or optional babysitting. Please only enquire if you're comfortable with this responsibility.
