This is a great Victorian period conversion. It was once a pub, and they have now converted it into a quadrangle of properties. The entrance to the property is within the square (it's got real character). Adjacent to Naval College. And one block exactly from the Thames.
The room is double plus. The picture doesn't do it justice!
Bathroom is shared. Bills are included. New carpets, curtains, mattress.
My background is in finance (but studying for Masters in Quantum Technology through University of Sussex).
The ideal flatmate will have a good sleeping rhythm, a firm requirement. The aim is to respect quiet time between 11:30 and 7:30 as a guideline to a happy life.
To note: There is a cat, but cute and harmless.
