This lovely duplex flat was my home for many years. Two furnished double rooms are now available to rent from mid-November.

It is a fantastic place, situated on Gloucester Circus, one of the most desirable and historic streets in London, and very peaceful and leafy, yet just a two minute walk into Greenwich, five minutes walk to the train station/ DLR and two minutes walk to Greenwich Park.

The flat is on the first and second floors, and has a small balcony which overlooks the private gated gardens that you have access to.

The flat comes fully furnished. It has all mod-cons: washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

It is a duplex flat so really feels more like a house than a flat.

Off-street parking included.

The apartment is just by Royal Hill, which is a foodie's heaven with its row of independent shops including an organic fruit and veg shop, local butchers, fish mongers and cheese shop. There's a Sainsburys Local two minutes walk away, Waitrose ten minutes walk away and a new Aldi nearby.

This is very much a home, it’s a cute, cosy, quiet, relaxing, sanctuary after a busy day of work. There’s a lovely lounge to relax in with views over the gardens and the kitchen has plenty of space to store and cook.

I'm looking for people who will treat the place like a home too. Cleanliness and consideration for a shared living space is a must. This is definitely not a party house.
