Looking for a replacement for a single studio at McMillan Student Village located in Greenwich ASAP!
The contract is for 51 weeks (phone hidden) I will pay as much as much as I lived here.
The contract is till 09.09.2017 so for a POSTGRAD student only!
194.50 per week (All bills included) and 250 refundable deposit!
The studio is on the top floor (8). It is very sunny and has a view on Greenwich Area (and you can see Cutty Sark too). It is warm, cosy and quiet as no-one lives above! Of course there is an elevator :)
So in your studio you have like a mini kitchen with microwave, fridge, sink, electric cooker with two places and a fan. Apart from desk and deskchair there is an extra table and two chairs :D The bed and mattress are very comfy.
Bathroom is also very nice and clean.
Although it is a single studio, the room is very spacious as for one person.
You don’t share anything. Downstairs there is a laundry room and common room to meet with people :)
All is secured and there are several keys so all is safe. There is a 24/7 reception just in case. Downstairs there is a Sainsburys and on the other side Tesco Express. Also cash machine. Flatmates are really nice! :)
