Double room Grove Park

A bright, furnished room for one person in a clean, cosy, double-glazed house with central heating. The room measures approximately 3.6 m × 3.0 m. There will be just three people living in the house, including me.

I'm a self-employed gas engineer who enjoys golf and keeping active. I'm friendly and considerate, and I value a calm, tidy home and respect for each other's privacy.

Shared facilities include a bathroom, two toilets, a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, tumble dryer and two fridge-freezers, individual kitchen cupboard space, a dining room, garden and fibre broadband.

Grove Park station is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop is 2 minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are nearby, with Chinbrook Meadows and its tennis courts just a 3-minute walk away.

Free on-street parking is available. Vehicle entry is restricted to valid permit holders Monday to Friday between 08:15–09:15 and 14:45–15:45. Outside these hours, no permit is needed to enter. You can leave the street by car at any time.

This is a non-smoking home, ideal for someone considerate and tidy who appreciates a calm, friendly atmosphere and helps keep shared areas clean.
