The flat has a separate shared living space and kitchen, along with a recently fitted new bathroom.

The flat is 5-6 minutes walk from Grove Park station with trains to London bridge, Lewisham and New Cross and 1 minute walk from the express SL4 bus stop, which connects to canary wharf in 40 minutes.

About me:
I'm a 37 year old single male, generally fairly relaxed who both enjoys a chat after work and my own space. Quite musical, and and occasionally like play piano from time to time. Currently working freelance, so working from home mostly in my room.

About you:
Looking for a working professional, ideally not working from home (although a couple of days a week would be ok if in your room). No other preferences other than someone trustworthy, friendly and kind who will pay the rent on time. Overnight guests are allowed, but capped at 5 nights a month.

The rent includes wifi, council tax, water, gas and electric.

The only expense is for a cleaner to come every 2 weeks to be shared between us - this will be an additional £35 per month (your share) to be paid separately
