The house has been recently renovated throughout and features a modern kitchen, contemporary bathroom, fast fibre broadband, and a bright, welcoming atmosphere.

Great transport links, with Grove Park station nearby offering direct trains to London Bridge (approximately 15 minutes), Cannon Street (approximately 20 minutes), and Charing Cross (approximately 25 minutes). There are also easy bus connections to Lewisham, Blackheath, Bromley, and surrounding areas.

We’re hoping to find someone clean, considerate and easy-going who is looking for a genuine long-term home rather than just somewhere temporary.
