We’re looking for a new housemate to join our home in Coopers Lane, SE12!

The house is shared by three of us (age 25-30), including two siblings, and we’ve all been living here for just under a year. We’re sociable, easy-going and enjoy spending time together, whether that’s cooking, catching up over a glass of wine in the evening, or relaxing in the garden after work. At the same time, everyone has their own routines, works hard, and respects each other’s space, so it’s a really balanced and comfortable home to live in.

The house itself is genuinely huge. A beautiful, spacious home with loads of natural light, big communal areas and a lovely garden that becomes a complete suntrap in the warmer months. There’s plenty of room to socialise, unwind or work from home comfortably without ever feeling on top of each other.

The room available is a large double bedroom with lots of space. The house also has:

• A beautiful garden perfect for summer evenings

Location-wise, it’s incredibly well connected. We’re only a 10-minute walk to the station and around 20 minutes into London Bridge by train, making it ideal for anyone commuting into central London while still wanting a quieter, greener area to come home to.
