Large room to rent in my house in leafy Acton road

I have a room to rent from 7th September for one person at our house in Acton Town.

We are 5 minutes walk from Acton Town tube and 15 mins walk from South Acton, Kew Bridge and Gunnersbury overland stations. Very close to Gunnersbury Park, which is huge, has all-weather sports pitches and a sports centre and a duck pond.

The brand new Elizabeth line is due to operate from Acton Central and Ealing Broadway.

It's a lovely house with a pool table, juke box, electric piano, a fish tank, a little friendly chihuahua (2 years old), and a large open-plan lounge.

We have a nice garden, friendly neighbours and a large lawn out the front of the house. We are right next to Gunnersbury tennis club which has a bar, snooker tables, table tennis etc, and there are loads of pubs, plenty of shops, restaurants, a mini Sainsburys and several gyms within 5-10 minutes walk.

We have excellent access to roads, with the M4 being 5 minute's drive, and very easy access to the A40, North circular and the A4 into the centre of London.

The rent is £815 plus £100 bills. We also usually have a cleaner come every two weeks which we split 3 ways at around £10 a visit.
